Join Lissa (Clarissa) for 4 Wednesdays (or however many you can!) as the sun reaches its highest point in the sky. The intention of this class is to give yourself space and to help you stay grounded in breath and body as you navigate this exciting time of the year. We’ll take this 75 minutes in the early evening to pause, be present in our bodies, unwind, move, and connect with our breath.
