As a health practitioner, therapist, or caregiver do you often use your best energy to serve others first and then feel like you have little left for yourself or your family?Whether you are suffering from burnout, feeling overwhelmed, or just experiencing fatigue, you could benefit from some intentional self-care. This retreat creates a supportive space for you to recharge, so that you can “pour from a full cup”.
We will focus on nurturing Body, Mind, & Heart and you will leave feeling more deeply connected to your mission of personal wellness and the service you provide through your work.
The day will include a gentle yoga class and conversation about strategies for preventing and treating caretaker burnout. The following strategies will be covered.

-Energetic Hygiene for your work environment & body
-Breathing techniques for balancing your energy levels
-Ayurvedic practices and daily routines for optimal well being
